JKD Cologne is a martial arts school which is specialized in Bruce Lee’s Art of Jeet Kune Do.
Our main focus is on the theories and principles developed by Bruce Lee, and how they were passed to his original students.
We train exclusively in small groups (8 to max 12 persons) which assures an individual development of each person.
Marko Kalker, founder and head of JKD Cologne is a Jeet Kune Do Instructor certified by Jerry Poteet.
JKD Cologne was founded in 2001, in order to give interested people the chance to learn Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do as authentic as possible. Besides the regular training we invite original as well known 2nd generation students. During the last years the Bruce Lee students Jerry Poteet, Steve Golden and Jim DeMile were our guests, as well as the 2nd generation students Tim Tackett and Richard Torres.
